The research culminated in a comprehensive 70+ findings report. These insights were intended to guide strategic decisions aimed at enhancing the overall user experience for the NIOD website.

OVERVIEW
To gain deeper insights into NIOD's prospects and customers, and identify user experience opportunities for the NIOD website

APPROACH
I employed a mixed research methodology using three methods:

Unmoderated Remote User Interviews (Prospective Customers):
• Utilized the Userlytics platform.
• 10 prospective customers completed 25 tasks in a 30-minute session.

Moderated Interviews (Current Customers):
• Conducted via Google Meet and moderated by me.
• 10 NIOD customers completed 3 tasks in a 60-minute session.

Competitive Audit:
• Conducted an evaluation of the NIOD website, including six direct competitors and three technology brands.
• Reviewed key elements such as the home page, navigation, layout, search functionality, product pages (PLPs and PDPs), My Account features, and mobile experience.
• Identified strengths, usability issues, and proposed actionable improvements.
